– Pay the fee from your account in another bank, indicating the correct purpose of the payment
4. PREPARE FOR VIDEO IDENTIFICATION
– Prepare an identity document (passport or ID card)
– Use a device with a good video and photo camera
– Connect to the call alone, without the presence of third parties
– It is advisable to be in a room with good lighting
5. ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS OF THE OPERATOR DURING THE CALL
– Keep in mind that the recording starts immediately after clicking on the link or after clicking on the “Start identification” button
– Follow all operator instructions
