Mortgage interest rate compensation for existing borrowers

By the Consumer Rights Protection Law amendments, mortgage borrowers who meet the criteria specified by the law will receive compensation for the mortgage interest payments made in 2024.

The State Revenue Service will disburse the compensation for the first quarter of 2024 until April 30, 2024. The Bank will inform the mortgage borrowers about the amount of compensation no later than the tenth day of the month following the reporting quarters. Until April 10, 2024, subsequently until July 10, 2024, followed by October 10, 2024, and finally until January 10, 2025. Information will be provided through Internet Bank. For clients who do not have Internet bank, the notification will be sent by mail. There is no need to apply separately to receive compensation.
